Ameloblastoma is the most common benign odontogenic tumor of jaws that constitutes about 1% all cysts and tumors jaws1,2. It generally a painless, slow growing, locally aggressive causing expansion cortical bone, perforation lingual or buccal plate infiltration to soft tissues. has peak incidence in third fourth decade life but can be found any age group with equal gender predilection (1:1)1,5. The relative frequency mandible maxilla reported varying from 80% -20% 99–1%. In majority are molar ramus region1,3. conventional radiograph, present as either unilocular multilocular corticated radiolucency. bony septae results honey comb, soap bubble tennis racket appearance. some places, plates spared expanded where other region they destroyed; root resorption finding6. Buccal more than tumour7. Conventional radiograph sufficient for small mandibular lesions maxillary extensive require CBCT, CT MRI establish extent lesion7. challenge managing by attaining complete excision reconstruction defect when large. treated enucleation, curettage surgical depending on size type lesion conservative therapy also.
 This report gives comprehensive knowledge regarding using Iodoform paraffin paste which been boon treatment tumor.
